Issue

You gave a patient one hearing aid memory, Normal, at the
fitting appointment to keep things simple in order to help
him focus on acclimating to amplification vs. worrying about
making hearing aid adjustments (memory/volume).

He is back for follow-up and reports that he is pleased with
the sound quality of his hearing aids and the way the Normal
memory adapts to different environments with one exception:
music doesn’t sound as good as he would like it to when he
listens to the radio or plays a CD.
