Troubleshooting (when using Remote Control)
Problem Problem/Solution
Product does not switch on
• Check that the main switch 0/1 on the unit has been pressed;
• Check that there is voltage in the power cable;
•
Check that on models
COD.9/2S22BT- 9/3S20BTW
the plug is
correctly mounted and/or the cable is not damaged.
• Check that the remote control has the batteries charged and that
the product is positioned frontally. Range of action (max 7m);
• Try manually on the unit with pushbutton ON/OFF Reset.
The product does not switch off
• Check that the remote control has the batteries charged and that
the product is positioned frontally. Range of action (max 7m);
• Try manually on the unit with the button ON/OFF Reset.
The heating element does not
turn on at any set power level

• Contact technical support (+39 02 90639261 then press 7) or
your dealer because the heating element may be damaged.
Only one heating element lights
up at any set power level
CODE 99/2S40BT COD 99/3S40BTW
• Contact technical assistance (+39 02 90639261 then type 7) or
your dealer because the heating element that does not switch
on may be damaged.
The remote control does not
work
• Make sure the battery is charged and correctly inserted. If in
doubt, replace the battery;
• Make sure you are within range of the remote control from the
front (max 7m from the product).
Power regulation does not work

Try manually on the unit with pushbutton ON/OFF Reset.
• Contact technical support (+39 02 90639261 then press 7) or
your dealer because the regulating element may be damaged.
