If you do not have the SidSpeed value, you will need to make one. Right click in the right pane and select
New > DWORD
Value.

Once you have created a new string, name it
SidSpeed

Finally, double click
SidSpeed
and change its value data to 3 as outlined above. Press
OK
and close the
Registry Editor
.
If you encounter an error during any step of this process (especially Vista users and errors about not having proper rights
to alter a registry value), please contact Stanton Technical support. If you made a mistake and need to restore your registry,
just double click on the backup you made right before we started and follow the prompts. Reboot afterwards.
