ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS

STEP 5

The 

HEAD REST(15)

 on the 

CUSHION ASSEMBLY(10)

 can be positioned at an incline by simply

pivoting the 

SUPPORT BRACKET

 underneath the 

HEAD REST(15).

STEP 6

The resistance of the 

CUSHION ASSEMBLY(10)

 can be adjusted by securing the 

TENSION CORD

ASSEMBLIES(12)

 in the slots located on the 

FRONT FRAME(1).

  You can achieve various levels of

resistance by securing different numbers of the 

TENSION CORD ASSEMBLIES(12)

 in the slots.

NOTE:

  To achieve greater resistance in the 

TENSION CORD ASSEMBLIES(12),

 stretch and re-tie the

  

tension cords in a more taut position.

STEP 7

Set up your 

PILATES PREMIER XP

TM

 on a flat even surface.  Make sure that adequate space is available

for performing all the exercises.  Also allow adequate space for access to and passage around the 

PILATES

PREMIER XP

TM
