SWITCH THE BENCH
The Bench is preset under the
PULL-UP BAR(12).
You will need to fold and switch the Bench to other
side when you want to do the pull-up workout.
Follow the process below to switch the Bench:
1.
Adjust the
BENCH CUSHION(47)
to the lowest
decline angle and secure with the
BALL PIN(48).
2.
Unlock the
REAR SUPPORT(40)
from the
BENCH EXTEND ARMS(42)
by pulling out the
LONG BALL PIN(49).
Store the
LONG BALL
PIN(49)
by sliding it back into the
BENCH
EXTEND ARMS(42).
The
LONG BALL PIN(49)
must not pass through the
REAR SUPPORT(40)
as shown in illustration A.

Refer to illustration B. lift the Bench from the stabilizer of the
REAR SUPPORT(40).
When the
BENCH
EXTEND ARMS(42)
near the vertical position, as shown in illustration C, push down the stabilizer
slightly and continue to fold the Bench to other side. The Bench should look as shown in illustration D
after folded.
