10.1 Maintenance
• Consult the relevant national regulations to determine the type and extent of
inspections.
• Adapt inspection intervals to the operating conditions.
At a minimum, check the following points during maintenance work on the device:
• Check whether the conductors have been clamped properly.
• Check the enclosure, seals and surface of the plug pins for damage.
• Check the socket for dirt.
• Check the plug pins for dirt and clean them, if necessary.
• Check for compliance with the permitted temperatures.
• Check whether the device is used in accordance with its intended use.

• Only return or package the devices after consulting R. STAHL! Contact the responsible
representative from R. STAHL.
R. STAHL's customer service is available to handle returns if repair or service is required.
Observe the relevant national regulations in the country of use.
• To avoid corrosion, the plug must be pulled regularly.
• If required, clean the plug pins.
• After 1000 mating cycles, it is recommended to clean and then lubricate
using the lubricating oil KLÜBERALFA KRA 3-730.
It is not allowed to use lubricating greases based on mineral oils!
