Symptom

Battery backup time is shorter than
nominal value
Batteries are not fully charged
Charge the batteries for at
least 5 hours and then check
capacity. If the problem still
persists, consult the
manufacturer.
Batteries defective
Contact the manufacturer to
replace the batteries.
Fault code is shown as 05 on LCD
display. At the same time, alarm is
continuously sounding and output is
cut off.
A UPS internal fault has
occurred and BUS is short
circuited.
Consult the manufacturer. If
the UPS power is on again
before repair, the DC/DC
mosfet will be damaged.
