NOISE – EXTREME NOISE CAN DAMAGED EARS.
- Wear ear protectors when working.

Also warn other people in the work area for increased noise levels.
- Use full body protection when working.
FLYING METAL CAN INJURE EYES.
- Wear safety glasses with side shields or face shield during servicing.
HOT PARTS CAN CAUSE SEVERE BURNS.
- Do not touches hot parts bare handed.
- Allow cooling period before working on welding gun or torch
- Only lift and carry the welding machine by the strap. Do not lift it by the
accessory.
- It is forbidden to stand under the welding machine during transport.
OVERUSE CAN CAUSE OVERHEATING.
- Allow cooling period; follow rated duty cycle.
- Reduce current or reduce duty cycle before starting to weld again.
- Do not block or filter airflow to unit.
- Do not use the welding machine in damp or wet places and do not weld in the
rain.
ASSEMBLY AND OPERATION
- The induction power is equipped with power voltage compensation function. When rated output voltage
moves /-15%, it still can work normally.
- When using an extension cord, select a larger cable profile to avoid voltage drop. If the extension cord is
too long (> 50 m), it can significantly affect welding arc performance.

Make sure the intake is not blocked or covered to prevent the cooling system couldn’t work
- Correctly connect the electrode holder and earth clamp as the following sketch
- Pay attention to the polarity.
MMA WELDING
Almost all coated electrodes are connected to the positive pole (+) of the power source.
As an exception to the negative pole (-) for acid coated electrodes.
WELDING OPERATIONS WITH DIRECT CURRENT
Connecting the electrode-holder clamp welding cable:
- On the end take a special terminal that is used to close the uncovered part of the electrode.
- This cable is connected to the terminal with the symbol (+).
Connecting the welding current earth cable:
- Choose a wire more than 4mm

to do the earth connection before operation.
- This is connected to the piece being welded or to the metal bench supporting it, as close as possible to the
join being made.
- This cable is connected to the terminal with the symbol (-).
