Servicing
The LED spotlight can be completely
exchanged if required.
Information regarding replacement
and checking the functional units
can be found in the product infor-
mation for the door station.
Note
Do not fasten the screws with exces-
sive tightening torque! If a battery-
driven screwdriver is used, the
torque must be limited to < 1.5 Nm.
Changing the LED lamp

Take off the operating panel and
remove the LED spot.

Remove the peripheral module
seal and release the front panel
using 4 screws.

Loosen the two connecting cores
of the LED lamp at the terminal.

Unscrew the threaded ring and
remove the lamp from the front.

Insert the new lamp, position the
distance ring and screw back on
with the threaded ring.

Connect the two cores to the
terminal.
Ensure correct polarity.

Replace the front panel and
screw fasten.

Replace the module seal. Ensure
that the seal is seated correctly all
round the periphery.

Connect the LED spotlight, insert
and screw to the mounting plate.

Place the operating panel on the
mounting plate and lock using the
assembly key:
Application
The LED spotlight is used as a
light source for orientation or spot
lighting of the Steel door station
in the entrance area. It highlights
specific details. Alongside the house
number, these can be buttons, a
code lock or other functional ele-
ments.
Electrical voltage
Mounting, installation and servicing
work on electrical devices may only
be performed by a suitably qualified
electrician.
