Caring for your IndoorTrainer
In order to fully enjoy your IndoorTrainer, we recommend to wipe it down after every workout. Remove the
handlebar post and the seatpost, and wipe them down with a soft cloth.
To protect your IndoorTrainer from corrosion, we recommend that the surfaces of the IndoorTrainer periodically
be treated with a silicone polish for protection. Silicone polish is available in bike shops or automotive stores.
Avoid touching the flywheel with sweaty hands. Sweat is an aggressive fluid that tends to oxidate aluminum.
The chain should be lubricated when it makes any noise or begins to corrode.
