Mounting Instructions
Step
1:
The Mounting Holes marked in Red colour, will be exposed,
when the Windshield is removed, as shown.
Step 2:
Orient and align the Bracket LH (1), as shown, and slide-in the Mounting screws and washers as shown.
The
Mounting Hole on the Top side, accepts Screw M5 x 16 (7) – 1 off and Washer M5 (9) – 1 off, as shown.
The
Mounting Hole on the Side, accepts Screw M6 x 16 (6) – 1 off and Washer M6 (8) – 1 off, as shown.
Tighten it to
torque, as specified in the BOM table
.
Mount the Mounting Pin (3) – 2 off, to the Bracket (this can be done Off-line
too).
The Pin has threaded shank which can be screwed on to the Bracket.
Step 3:
Repeat the Step 2 for mounting
the Bracket RH (4), as shown.
