Step 3:
Secure the threads in the mounting
holes and ensure the orientation
symmetry and tighten them to torque,
as per specifications in the BOM table.
Step 4:
Slip-in the Mounting Pin (3) – 2 off to each of
the Bracket RH and Bracket LH and secure it
using Screw M5 x 10 (10) – 2 off and Washer M5
(7) – 2off, as shown
(The same can be Assembled Off-line too)
Tighten it torque, as per specifications in the
BOM table.
Step 5:
Refer to the same drawing as above for
Mounting the Head Light Guard.
Orient the Head Light Guard (1), as
shown. Assemble the Grommet (4) – 4 off,
hugging and flush, with the outer surfaces
of the Head Light Guard.
