The Mounting Screws, which will be used for
mounting the Brackets of the Head Light
Guard, can be found on the Front Left hand
side and Right hand side. The same can be
unscrewed out, 2 off on each side.
(Shown in the drawing is the view of it from
the Left Hand Side, when looking from the
front side of the Motorbike)
Mounting Instructions
Step 2:
Orient and align the Bracket LH (5) & Bracket RH (2), as shown. The cut-out in the bracket design,
clears the Head light.
Slip-in the Spacer – Aluminium (11) – 1 off from either side, Spacer – Delrin (12) – 1 off from either
side.
Slide-in the Washer M6 (6) and Screw M6 x 25 (8) – 1 off, into the top side of the mounting
hole,
from either sides.
Slide-in the Washer M5 (7) and Screw M5 x 30 (9) – 1 off, into the bottom side of the
mounting hole, from either sides.
