Insert a 5 mm hex wrench into the drive side end cap. Hold the

wrench in place and gently thread the non-drive side end cap

onto the axle until it bottoms out and stops turning. Tighten

non-drive side to 5 N.m (45 in-lb).

For spoke installation, proceed to
