GETTING STARTED
Quick Start
Slide off the battery cover on the rear of the unit. Remove the battery closest to the
base of the unit, remembering its orientation. Find the microSD slot in the corner of
the battery compartment and insert a 32GB (or less) card with the eight gold con-
tacts pointed toward the interior of the battery chamber. Make sure the memory card
snaps into place. Return the battery to the chamber (so that the more exposed tip is
pressed against the spring) and slide the cover back into place. Connect the smaller
end of the USB cable to the port on the back of the radio and the larger end to the
AC adapter. Plug the adapter into a power outlet. When you press the power button
atop the unit, an incorrect date, day and time will likely appear on the front display.
