(30) around upper
spinner shaft (28)
to secure spinner
(31).

(30) through hole
in spinner (31) and
hole in upper
spinner shaft (28).
NOTE: Use upper
hole in spinner
shaft for the 
regular spinner
(31) and use the
lower hole for the
mulch spinner.

The slot in the dial

is to allow the rate
gate linkage to 
travel all the way
open for the mulch
setting on models
296 & 298 only.
