Attach the idle (34)

wheel to axle with
the washer  (45)
and cotter pin (25)
as shown right.

4.

Insert handles (40)

into frame as
shown right and
fasten handles
loosely (40) to
frame (14) with 4
bolts (48) and 4
nuts (5). Attach
handles (40)
loosely together
with 1 bolt (41)
and nut (5) at
location illustrated
with arrow. Leave
the top two holes
empty until you
attach the levers.

Attach on/off

control lever (37)
and Accuway
control lever (38)
to the handles as
shown and bolt
together with two
of the longer bolts
(41) supplied (5).
Tighten all nuts &
bolts at this time.
