CONTROL PANEL
•
Power On/Off: Touch to turn the humidifier on or off.
•
Timer: Sets off-timer from 1 to 12 hours, each touch is 1-hour increments.
•
Auto Mode: Sets the humidity level from 40 to 90%, each touch is 5% increments. While setting
the humidity level, the humidity indicator will blink. Once desired setting is reached, release and set
level will blink for 3 seconds. Control panel will then return to display ambient humidity. When the unit
senses the ambient humidity has reached your set level, humidification will stop. Unit will resume
when ambient humidity falls below your set level. Under Auto Mode, the mist intensity remains on
high. Setting returns to factory default of 65% if mode is changed or unit powered off.
•
Mist Intensity / Continuous Mode: Touch to select High (3), Medium (2) or Low (1) intensity level.
Unit will run continuously under this mode. When this mode is selected, the Intelligent Mode will not
function.
•
When no selection is being made, the control panel will display ambient humidity and temperature.
NOTE:
•
Once the water tank is in place, do not attempt to move the humidifier. If it has to be moved, unplug
the unit and drain water from the base before moving.
•
Once the unit is plugged in or during operation, do not attempt to pick up the water tank.
•
Pay attention to the water level - add water when low.
STORAGE
•
Save the box for off-season storage.
•
Clean the tank, base and all parts thoroughly and dry completely before storage.
•
If water is left in the unit during storage, it may harden and leave deposits that may affect the unit
from operating properly.
•
Leave the cap of the water tank loose. This will prevent the cap and gasket from sticking together and
prolong the life of the gasket.
