User can open the le, edit the le, or edit the folder in the “Open File” window.
To open a saved e:
o
Click the folder
o Select the le
o
Either double click the le
o Or select the le and click
“Apply”
To duplicate / rename a folder
o
Select the folder user wants to
duplicate (cannot be the Default
folder)
o Enter a di erent Folder Name
o Select Duplicate / Rename
To duplicate/rename a e:
o
Click on the le user wants to
duplicate
o
Enter a di erent name in File
Name
o
Select Duplicate / Rename
To move a e to a di erent folder
o
Select the le user wants to
move
o
2 methods to move:
o Drag the le to the desired
folder
o Double click the folder
To create a new folder:
o Enter a new folder name
o
Select “New Folder”
Notes:
o
For keyboard users, ctrl and shift are allowed in the software. Therefore, user
can delete multiple le or folder at the same time.
o Hold down the “ctrl” key to select multiple speci c items.
o
Select 1 item, hold down the “shift” key, and select another item. Items in
between, the rst selected item, and the second selected item will all be
selected.
User can select “Save File” to save a new created le. To save an edited le, user have
to enter Password for “SPT Labtech Electronic Signature Required Record”.
