20. Be careful when hot liquids are
added into the mixer as hot steam
or spatters can occur.
21. Before replacing accessories or
additional parts that are moving
during operation, the device must
be turned off.
22. One must be careful with the
blades, especially when removing
the blades from the bowl when
emptying the bowl and during
cleaning.
Do not reach into the device during operation – risk of injury!
Device, power cord, and plug must not be placed into water or other
liquids. Keep dry.
NOTE: OVERHEAT CONTROL
• The incorporated overheat control monitors the motor tempera-
ture and signals malfunctioning. The overheat control may turn off
the motor. Switch the ON/OFF switch to OFF. The device can be
used again only after the motor has cooled down.
• If repeated warnings about the temperature occur, this might be
a result of the consistency or capacity. Try to reduce the amount
or to dilute the liquid.
BEFORE INITIAL OPERATION
1. Remove all transport and packaging parts and keep them away from children
– danger of suffocation!
2. Before first use, all detachable parts apart from the motor block must be
washed with warm water. Note our maintenance and cleaning notes.
3. Wipe the case with a moist, well-wringed cloth.
