IMPORTANT SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS
Basic precautions should always be followed, including the following safety
instructions when using the crosstrainer: Read all instructions before using this equip-
ment.
• It's important to read the entire manual carefully before assembly and start-up. Safe and effective
use can only be ensured if the device is assembled, serviced and maintained. It's the responsibility
of the owner to ensure that all users of the device know the safety information.
• Before the start of the training program, you should consult your physician to determine if you have
any medical or physical restrictions that could endanger your safety or health when using the device.
Your doctor's advice is especially important if you are taking medication that affects your heart rate,
blood pressure or cholesterol level.
• Watch out for signals from your body, incorrect or excessive exercise can damage your health. Stop
exercising immediately if you experience any of the following symptoms: Pain, tightness in your
chest, irregular heartbeat, extreme shortness of breath, feeling dizzy or nauseous. If any of these
symptoms have occurred please consult your doctor.
• Please keep children and animals away from the training device, the device is designed for adults.
• Use the device on solid and level ground. Make sure that the unit is standing free in the room and
has at least 100 cm space on all sides.
• Before using the device, check whether the screws and nuts are tightened correctly.
• The safe function of the device can only be ensured if it is regularly checked for damage and wear.
The maintenance intervals must be observed. Use the device only as directed. If you find any defect
in the device, consult the manufacturer immediately, stop using it immediately and do not use the
device until the damage has been repaired.
