ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTION

•  It is strongly recommend that two or more person assemble this Dumbbell bench 

•  Tool required assembly the machine: adjustable wrench

•  Note: Some of the accessories are pre-fitted in the master component, They may not be supplied separately.

•  The N.W is 10 kg, the assembly size is 1380 X 400 X 530 mm.

STEP 1 

•  Unpack the ctn and get the BRT100 flat bench out  of the ctn, Remove the 2pcs M8X15 Lock knob(22#). 

STEP 2 

•  Turn the  adjustment frame(4#)  clockwise and tighten  with M8X15 lock knob (22#).

•  Turn the rear stabilizer (3#) anticlockwise and  tighten  with M8X15 lock knob (22#).
