INSTALLATION INSTRUCTION
INSTALLATION STEPS

Once the footing has been dug place the frame in the hole.
Level the top plate of the frame and poor concrete. Make
sure the top of the top plate is flush with the surface of the
concrete.

After the concrete has cured, install the equipment onto the
footing frame by sliding the equipment into position and
attaching with the
!
” nuts provided. (Refer to the image on
page 3)
!
Next, install the mounting cover using the 3/8” x 2” bolts
and 3/8” washers. (Refer to the image on the right side of
this page)
!
Inspect the equipment to make sure all parts are secure and
operating properly.
