GO mode
Press <GO> key, then the screen will start counting down by showing
3,2,1,0,GO on the display.
The product will start with the default setting of 35 years old, weight 75
kg (165 lbs) and the PROGRAM will start in quick start – time mode, with
resistance level 1. You can use these default settings to complete your
workout or change the settings yourself.
