Setting time, distance or calories
You can base your countdown on TIME, DISTANCE or CALORIES burned.
Whether you design your workout to countdown from TIME, DISTANCE, or
CALORIES burned, when that is reached, the treadmill will sound an alarm for 3
seconds, after which the TIME, DISTANCE or CALORIE will begin to count up.
Of course, you can just get on the unit and begin working out. Just press the speed
up and begin. The unit will automatically begin counting up TIME, CALORIE and
DISTANCE.
