The MeTa-MP3/heart rate allows you to program several different ways to playback the music files
you have stored.
normal:
Play all tracks in order.
repeat one:
Play the current track repeatedly.
folder:
Play only tracks in a selected folder/playlist in order.
folder repeat:
Play tracks in a selected folder/playlist in a continuous loop.
