INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS

STEP 1
Attach the front and rear stabilizer (G&H) with the bolts (G-1)
onto the main frame. The front stabilizer (G) has wheels, attach each
stabilizer with two bolts (G-1), two blind nuts (G-2) and two washers (E-4).
STEP 2
Connect the upper cable (D-2) with the flat cable (F-1), place the
post (D) in the hole situated in the main frame and secure with 4 bolts (E-
5) and 4 washers (E-4).
STEP 3
Slide the shaft (D-1) into the hole situated in the post, and then
place the bottom arms of the handles (E), fix with the bolts (E-2) and
washers (E-1), place the plastic end caps on the bolts.
STEP 4
Place the pedals (J-R&L) on the arms of the pedals (I), fix with
two bolts (I-3), two washers (I-4) and two nuts (I-5).
Attach the lower parts of the handles onto the arms of the pedals with the
bolt (I-2), washer (I-1) and nut (G-2).
STEP 5
Attach the upper parts of the handles (C-L&R) onto the lower
parts of the handles with two bolts (E-5) and two washers (E-4).
STEP 6
Place the handlebar on the metal board situated on the post and
then place a plastic cover (B-1) on it, insert the washer (B-2), the washer
(B-3) and the bushing (B-4), slide the knob (B-5) and tighten it to select a
chosen position for the handlebar.
STEP 7
Connect the pulse sensor wire (A-1) with the pulse sensor wire
(B-6), connect the sensor wire (A-2) with the sensor wire (D-2), attach the
meter with 4 bolts (A-3).
Moving the device
Raise the trainer carefully onto its rear transport wheels (Picture
– p. 32) and move to a given place, holding it on both sides.
Resistance adjustment
The function of intensity regulation allows you to change pedal resistance.
High resistance requires a greater effort during pedalling while a low one
reduces the needed effort. Resistive force can be regulated by means of
the computer. To achieve a satisfying result, intensity should be adjusted
during workout, by means of knob UP (+) and DOWN (-).Available
resistance levels: from 1 to 16. The load system is independent of speed.

Before you start exercising, it is recommended to verify whether the bike
is positioned correctly.
Level the equipment with the knobs of the front stabilizer.
HOW TO OPERATE THE BIKE METER
MODE/ENTER
The button serves to switch between the work modes of
the trainer and to confirm the data entered.
RESET
Press the RESET button to:
confirm a selected function or program
return to the main menu
reset the value or return to initial values by pressing it for 2-3 seconds.
START/STOP
Press the START/STOP button to start or stop the training
session. Having pressed the button, you can start training. All values will
be counted from „0” up.
RECOVERY
Press the RECOVERY button to check the status of heart
rate.
UP
This button serves to:
increase the value being entered
choose the training program
DOWN
The button serves to:
reduce the value being entered
choose the training program
BODY FAT
Press the BODY FAT button to check the level of fat in your
body, expressed in % as well as the level of BMI (body mass index, the
level of fat value derived from the mass, height and sex of the user).
FUNCTIONS
SPEED
– shows the current speed of the exercises being performed (0.0~99.9 km/h)
DISTANCE
– shows the distance travelled during the exercise
(0.00~99.99 km)
TIME
– shows the time of the training (0:00~99:59)
CALORIES
– shows the calories burnt during the exercise (0~999)
PULSE
– shows the current level of pulse. Pulse is measured by the
sensors in the handlebars. (P~30~240)
WARNING! The systems of pulse monitoring may be inaccurate. Excess
exercise may lead to serious injuries or death. If you don’t feel well, stop
exercising immediately.
RPM
– shows the current number of rotations per minute (0~15~999)
WATT
– use of energy, taking into account the time, distance travelled
and calories burnt (0~350)
METER USER MANUAL
1. Connect power supply. The meter is actuated and emits a long sound.
Two seconds after actuating, enter the data (sex, age, height and weight)
for max. 4 users U1~U4 pictures (A~F, p. 44).
2. After data entering, the meter displays the start-up screen (picture G,
p. 44)
3. On the start-up screen, the MANUAL program is the first one to be
displayed, the user may determine the training parameters by pressing
the UP and DOWN buttons (12 programs), >USER PROGRAM>
HRC>WATT. ( Pictures H~K , p. 44)
QUICK START AND MANUAL
Before training in the Manual Mode, you can set the aim of exercises:
TIME, DISTANCE, CALORIES and PULSE.
[Quick start] Having connected power supply, you can start training by
pressing the START/STOP button with no additional settings. To change
the load, press UP or DOWN.
PROGRAM
Push the Up or Down button to select the program. To confirm, press the
ENTER/MODEL button.
Before training, the user may set the time of exercises. To increase or
reduce load, use the UP or DOWN button.
H.R.C.
Before training in the H.R.C. Mode you can set the aim in the form of
pulse 55%, 75% or 90 %. To select this program, use the MODE button.
Having selected the TAG program, enter the pulse value and set the time
of exercises with the UP and DOWN buttons. Finally, confirm all the
parameters entered with the MODE button and start exercising by
pressing the START button.
