Adjusting the consistency
: to adjust the
consistency of the product, turn the red screws
located on the back of the machine in the
following way: clockwise to make the product
less dense, anticlockwise to make the product
denser (see figure 7).
Caution
This device only changes the consistency of the
product to be dispensed. It does not affect the
cooling temperature of the product.
Caution
When the level of the slush inside the bowl is
below the mixing spiral, to prevent the product
from becoming too thick, it is necessary to refill
the bowl.
NOTE: if you need to switch from FREEZING
mode to DEFROST one, it's necessary to switch
the small button on the waves position (position
II in the figure 6).
- Once the desired product consistency is
reached, to dispense product it is necessary to
position a cup under the tap and lower the lever
as shown in figure 8.
SP units are fitted with a digital display to show
the bowls temperature (fig.9 and fig.9bis).
In the SP2 and SP3 it is possible, by using the
arrows (fig.9bis), to switch from one bowl
temperature to the others.
