Spirit Fitness

RECUMBENT STEPPER SETUP

SEAT ROTATION

Lift left lever and hold while rotating the seat to desired position. 

Release lever.
 

SEAT RECLINE

Lift right lever and hold while adjusting seat position to the desired position. 

Release lever.
 

SEAT FOR/AFT ADJUSTMENT

Lift lever and hold while adjusting seat position to the desired distance from 

the console. Release lever.
 

HANDHOLD ADJUSTMENT

Open lever. Adjust handhold to desired distance from seat. Close lever securely.
