Chapter 6 Menu Functions
You can press [Left soft key] in standby state to enter the main
menu.
6.1 Phone Book
You can store phone number and corresponding name on your
SIM card or mobile phone.
Press [OK key] in standby state to enter Phone Book from the
main menu.
Note: This mobile phone can store 500 phonebook entries, while
number of entries that can be saved on SIM card varies according to
capacity of the SIM card.
6.1.1 Contact person list
You can view all contact persons in the phone book, mobile phone
contact persons or SIM card contact persons by entering Display
Mode Setting and selecting the view mode.
You can lookup a contact person in the phonebook. In the phone
book, names of contact persons are sorted by alphabetic order of
English and Chinese Pinyin.
You can press keys repeatedly to select letters or numbers to find
the name of a contact person quickly. For example, press the number
key “2” repeatedly to select a character among “a-b-c-2-
）
”.
The mobile phone will find the result partly or completely matching
the input numbers or letters. Enter Phonebook and then press a
number key to enter a number or letter. If the group contains contact
person(s) starting with the letter or number entered, all such contact
