1. While transmitting files using USB connection, please wait
patiently due to relatively slow transmission speed to the mobile
phone. To exit USB connection menu, please shutdown the
USB device on PC first. Only when the PC prompts that the
USB device can be safely removed from the system can the
USB connection between the PC and the mobile phone be
disconnected, otherwise it may lead to file loss during the
transmission or exception of the mobile phone.
2. When exception occurs to files stored in the mobile phone,
please select to format the storage card. Do remember not to
delete the system directory or format the mobile phone hard
disk, which may lead to file storage error.

3.3.2

COM Port

The mobile phone supports PC synchronization function. Properly

connect the mobile to a PC with a data cable and select COM Port.
Then run the synchronization software on the PC and upload contacts,
messages, photos and ringtones to the PC for backup; Users can
download such contents to the mobile phone again or download new
wallpapers and ringtones to meet their individual needs.

Notes:
1. Before running the synchronization software on the PC,
please ensure the mobile phone has entered
synchronization status.
2. You need to install the synchronization software on your
PC.
