The phone book of the phone may store up to 1000 entries, each of which contains name, 4 phone
numbers (mobile, home, office and fax), company name and e-mail address. You can set photo
caller ID, ringtone and groups for each.

Tips:
You can edit the name, mobile phone number, home phone number, company name, e-mail
address, office phone number, fax number, photo caller ID, ringtone and group of each contact.
(The number of columns may be set by you in the [Name Card Setup] in the [Phone book Setup].
If you have specified a ringtone and photo caller ID for an entry, and designate it in a group, when
a call comes in, the ringtone and the picture you have set for it will be played or displayed.
