There should be no acidic, alkali or aggressive gas vapours or other
harmful impurities that may cause corrosion in the storage room.
Transportation should be performed in tightly closed cartons in any type
of closed vehicle.
Avoid contact with liquids during transportation and storage.
10. Warranty
The manufacturer guarantees that the gateway corresponds to the
specified characteristics, provided that transportation, storage and usage
conditions are met.
Guarantee period is 12 months from the date of purchase.
Quality claims will not be accepted in case of any of the following:
– there is mechanical damage or signs the device was opened;
– violation of the transportation, storage and usage conditions specified in
the documentation delivered with the device.
11. Claims
If the gateway is defective, the user may issue a claim to the seller or
system manufacturer. The seller will send the claim to the manufacturer within 5
working days.
All claims must be issued in writing in any format. The claim must
include customer information (organization name, contact person, telephone,
postal address, e-mail address), purchase date, seller name and address, detailed
description of the defect.
The manufacturer will perform an analysis within 10 working days from
the moment of the defective item and the claim are received. In case of
malfunctions covered by the warranty, the manufacturer will rectify the defect, if
possible, or otherwise replace the defective item. Delivery and shipment under
the warranty is performed at the manufacturer's expense.
