5. Place the thermal pad on the CPU heat spreader. Press down the socket lever to lock the CPU.

6. Confirm the installation direction of the CPU heatsink and align mounting holes of heatsink with

the four nut studs.

7. Flip the corner of thermal pad and fasten the heatsink with provided 4 screws.

Thermal pad

Before putting on the thermal block (in the next step), please make sure
the protective film on the Thermal Pad has been removed!

UTIO

The yellow surface is part of the thermal pad. Do not tear it off as it
would affect the thermal conductivity.
