Spectra Logic now offers Certified Media. Our media certification process ensures that
you use only reliable media for every backup.
High-Quality Media
Spectra Logic certifies only Sony AIT Advanced Metal Evaporated (AME)
cartridges, received directly from the manufacturer.
Lifetime Guarantee
Spectra Logic provides a lifetime guarantee on all Certified Media.
Cartridge Packs
Included with every 15-piece Certified Media order, cartridge packs offer a
simple, dust-free method of managing your media rotations and simplifying the process
of moving media to an off-site vault. Each cartridge pack comes in a cartridge tray
protected by an integrated dust cover. Cartridge packs can be easily wall-mounted on
the PackRack
™
magazine shelf (see below).
Note:
Spectra Logic also offers 20-piece Certified Media packs; however,
these do not come with the cartridge packs to hold them.
Uniquely Numbered, Sequential Color Bar Codes
Every Certified Media order provides uniquely
numbered, sequential color bar codes pre-applied to each cartridge, so you will never
have to deal with a duplicate bar code problem. Also, the bar codes carry the same
lifetime guarantee that protects each certified media cartridge.
PackRack Magazine Shelf
The PackRack magazine shelf makes cartridge packs even easier to use. A single
PackRack magazine shelf holds four cartridge packs (60 cartridges). The PackRack
magazine shelf’s simple design allows you to easily combine PackRack magazine
shelves as needed.
