Remove tube cap by gently prying in gab between metal tube and plastic cap. (Requires Pry Tool)

Remove only left Upper Lock Bolt from Shoulder Rail.

Then slide Adjustment Buckle
up, off the left rail.
3.
Reattach Bolt. (Requires: 13mm Crescent Wrench)

Repeat procedures

above for the right shoulder rail.
NOTE:
To preserve proper alignment, remove only one side at a time.

Replace cap with provided replacement part. Part pushes into tube with no tools.
