6 WARRANTY
Warranty provision:
In the warranty and liability provisions the following terms have the meanings as
summed up:

Product : manufactured by Special Mobility and delivered Caddy³

Customer : The person who directly Special Mobility example of a product.

Dealer : The person who delivers a Special Mobility of product concerned to third
parties.

User : one who uses a product manufactured by Special Mobility.
Irrespective of what is determined concerning warranty in the general conditions
applicable to the product, apply with respect to these guarantees at least the following:
1. Except insofar as the following provisions otherwise stated, state Special Mobility
towards the customer of the product for its performance for the purpose for which the
product is intended - all of these points as described in this manual - and the quality of
the material from which the product is made and the manner in which the Product has
been manufactured.
