Symptom Possible Problem Solution

Press the metering valve on
the fuel cell, no gas sprays out.
Improper installation of the metering
valve. Reinstall the metering valve, otherwise
change to another metering valve or fuel
cell.

valve doesn’t contact with the top
of the fuel cell bottle after
installation.
Improper installation of the metering
valve. Reinstall the metering valve, otherwise
change to another metering valve or fuel
cell.

Charger indicator lamp doesn’t
light after connecting to the power
outlet.
Insufficient contacting between the
charger plug and the power outlet
Re-insert the charger plug into the socket,
otherwise change the power outlet
Indicator lamp is broken. Change new charger.
4 、 Charger doesn’t work even if
the indicator lamp light is on.
Poor electrical contact between the
battery terminals and the charger. Check the terminals for corrosion.
Otherwise, change the charger or battery,
or look for service center for repair.

1 、 Fasteners don’t fit magazine. Not suitable fasteners. Use recommended fasteners.

Tool can be actuated without fastener coming
out.
Improper angled fastener. Find suitable fasteners.
Feeder doesn’t contact or push the
fasteners. Pull and release the feeder.

Green indicator lamp light is on. You can
depress the work contact element and the fan
rotates. When you squeeze the trigger the
ignition works without an explosion.
Fuel cell doesn’t spray. Change fuel cell.
Fuel cell is empty. Change fuel cell.
Carbon is accumulated on spark plug. Clean spark plug.
Leakage of electricity from spark plug. Send to service centre
4 、 The blue indicator lamp light is on, you can
depress the work contact element but the fan
doesn’t rotate.
Cooling fan fault Send to service centre
Poor electrical contact for the motor Send to service centre
Switch doesn’t open or spring failure Send to service centre

The power of the tool is weakened or the
piston assembly is not able to fully return to top
area.
Dirt accumulated on piston rings and
inner cylinder surface. Check and clean piston rings
and inner surface of cylinder.
Check valve doesn’t close fully. Check and clean check
valve.
Internal fault Send to service centre
Blue/Red lamp flashes alternately within 20
seconds. Operation is still available during this
period. Indicator lamp turns to red after 20
seconds, and then operation is not available. It
repeats the same by reloading the battery. Temperature sensor has poor contact or
is broken. Send to service centre

than one ignition.
Ground wire is loose or broken. Send to service center

doesn’t charge by reloading the battery.
