BEF60 GENERAL OPERATION
The BEF60 is an optional accessory for the BEF200 Multiplane range.
This attachment is designed for preparing edge work against walls and pillars etc. The
cutter drum used with the BEF60 has a 60mm cutting width and can be fitted with a
selection of cutters.
1. Before attempting to fit the BEF60 isolate the power supply.
2. Remove the 4no 8mm set screws securing the side plate on the BEF200 and remove the
side plate. (Part No 9101)
3. Remove the cutter drum from the BEF200 machine.
4. Check the BEF60 unit, cutter drum, cutters etc and ensure all nuts/bolts are tight.
5. Fit the BEF60 to the BEF200 in replacement of the side plate. You may need to turn the
drive bush to ensure the unit slides smoothly onto the BEF200 drive shaft.
6. Refit the 4no 8mm set screws and tighten.
7. Fit vacuum hose to the BEF60 dust port if using a dust control vacuum.
