Antifreeze Guide
Auto Antifreeze
Version
ANTIFREEZE START POSITION
Forward Valves
• Liquid Valve: Open
Rear Valves
• HP Reel Valve: Open
• Fill Reel Shutoff Valve: Open
• HP Water Rocker: Off
Auto Antifreeze Box
• Rotary Switch: Antifreeze
• Tank Drain: Off
1. Verify valves are in start position and that the antifreeze tank is at least half full.
2. Connect HP hose into recirculation panel and tighten fully.
3. Turn key to the run position, do not start engine.
4. Press the cycle start button on the auto antifreeze box to start the antifreezing process.
5. The unit will now change the remaining valves and start. After 60 seconds antifreeze should flow through the pump / HP
hose / garden hose and the clear hose going to the recirculation panel. The unit will automatically shut down when the unit
is antifreezed.
6. Turn off the unit and drain the water tank fully using the drain on the front curb side.
7. Open the hydrant fill valve to drain any trapped water.
