Warranty
Our bikes are generally built with combination of a frame that is durable, and parts that
are supplied by quality brands. We ensure that every part is easily replaceable. Every
Spark Bike comes with a 12 Month warranty against manufacturing defects in materials
or workmanship on its frame, battery, controller, motor assembly and other electrical
components. There are two sides to the warranty, electrical and mechanical.
Electrical is referred to the electrical parts that run the bike. These items include
LCD
screen, motor cutters, throttle, controller, motor, and battery. Because Spark
Bikes
is
designed with the user in mind, it can be easily
replaceable (Plus & Play) by the
user and do not require a mechanic. If the problem is identified as electrical, we will
resolve the problem remotely. If the problem cannot be resolved, we will immediately
replace and ship the item to you at no cost.
Mechanical is
referred to the various components that make up a bike and you will find
in the majority of regular bicycles. These items include brakes, gearing, derailleur,
handle bar, suspension, and so on. These are pretty much standard items and any
bicycle shop or mechanic will be able to trouble shoot them for you.
We do not replace
or provide warranty for mechanical parts or tune ups.
Warranty Exclusions
This warranty does not cover:
• Normal wear and tear
• Damage or failure from abuse, neglect, misuse, or accident
• Damages resulting from improper charging of the battery pack or use of any charger
not supplied by Spark Bikes
• Installation of any parts, accessories, or electrical component(s) not originally
supplied; tires, brake pads, chains, lights, motors, battery packs, displays, or vehicle
controllers that have been opened for any purpose whatsoever, other than Spark
Bikes
