ASSEMBLE AND FIT RIDGE BEAM

Assemble the ridge beam on the ground as shown below.

NOTE:

 The diagram below shows a 66 gable roof shed. The assembly process is the same for all gable roof sizes.

Overlap the two sides of the ridge beam securing them with six (6) screws per side. Ensure the 
pre-drilled roof panel holes are to the top. Screw the two sides together using the diagram top right as a 
g uide. J

 ssemble the ridge beam on the ground as shown below. Better to assemble one side in full length of 5865mm

then do the other length, later box it together.

  ver lap two ridge beam by 346mm so that pre drilled holes will align on the side face.
