Assemble the Base

INSTALL THE POLE ONTO THE BASE

Rotate the non-secured ends of the

base struts (3 Left & Right) to align

with the front mounting holes in the

base.

6.

Secure the ends of the base struts (3

Left and Right) to the wheel brackets

(4), with bolts (18) and washers (9).

IMPORTANT

DO NOT TIGHTEN COMPLETELY.

Secure the cover (2) to the base struts

(3) using bolts (17) and nuts (20).

IMPORTANT

Tighten all components completely.
