Slide fresh air intake
into hole and secure
flange with screws (4 each).

Cut hole in ceiling

4-1/4 diameter.
Note: This hole location
should allow the hose enough
room to expand and contract with
the heater.
Step A
Step B
Compress end of
flexible hose.
Squeeze ears of
spring clamp and slide
over compressed end
of flexible hose.
Step D
Step E
Slide hose and clamp onto
starting collar of control.
Repeat steps D & E on opposite
hose end for connection to
fresh air intake.

Cold Air Stopper (supplied as accessory)

Slide cold air stopper
into starting collar. Make
sure that flapper side is
facing outward as shown.

The fresh air intake is not an
outdoor terminal.
DO NOT
penetrate through roof.
