Section 3. Operating The Appliance
E ach ceram ic heat zone is operated by a control knob (see
diagram below ). V arious heat levels can be achieved by
selecting the settings ‘1’ to ‘11’.
S etting ‘0’ is O FF. S etting ‘1’ is LO W and setting ‘11’ is H IG H .
Use pans that have a thick, flat solid base with the same (or slightly
larger) diameter than the heating zone being used.

The neon warning light operate whilst a heat zone is in use or
until it has cooled down after use.
