Press repeat edly BAND but t on t o select your desired radio band in radio m ode: FM1, FM2, FM3, MW1 (AM1) ,
MW2 (AM2). Each band can store 6 preset stat ions, for a t ot al of 30 preset m em ory st at ions.
Tu n ing
Press and hold PREVI OUS or NEXT but t on; the unit will aut om at ically search a nearest st at ion wit h a st rongl
signal. To sear ch nex t stat ion, repeat t his pr ocedure. To st op t he autom at ical search, press PREVI OUS or
NEXT but t on. Press PREVI OUS/ NEXT but t ons t o search for a st at ion m anually st ep by st ep.

Aut om at ic st ore: Press and hold AMS but t on, t he receiver will aut om at ically scan and save stat ions for t he
curr ent band.

Scan: Press AMS but t on once t o scan the saved st at ions in each band.
Pr ogr am m ing st at ion s
There are 6 num bered preset but t ons, under which you can st ore and recall st at ions for each band. Select t he
needed st at ion, t hen press and hold a preset butt on. The st at ion will be saved in t he m em ory under t he
corresponding num ber. To recall a st ored stat ion, press t he corresponding preset but t on.

Press and hold SEL butt on; t hen press it repeat edly unt il t he display shows STEREO ( MONO). Press VOL+ / VOL-
buttons on t he RC or rotate VOL regulat or on t he panel to select bet ween STEREO/ MONO. STEREO m eans
st ereo recept ion of t he signal; MONO m eans m ono recept ion m ode. I m provem ent of recept ion of dist ant
st at ions can be done by select ing m ono m ode, which m ay cut down som e recept ion noise.

Press and hold SEL but t on; t hen press it repeatedly unt il t he display shows LOCAL ( DX). Press VOL+ / VOL-
but t ons on t he RC or rotat e VOL regulat or on t he panel t o select bet ween LOCAL/ DX. LOCAL m eans t hat only
local stat ions are received; DX m eans that both local and dist ant stat ions wit h weak and st rong signal are
r eceived.
