Overview
The XVS-G1 is a high-performance, multi-function,
multi-format switcher for use in an XVS-G1 Multi
Format Switcher system.
It has a wide range of application, being usable in
live production systems in studios and ENG/OB
vans as well as in postproduction editing systems.
Overview of the Components
XVS-G1 Multi Format Switcher
This is the main unit cabinet of the XVS-G1 Multi
Format Switcher (EIA 4RU size).
• 4K/3G/HD/SD input/output format support

• 2 M/E, 24 inputs and 12 outputs as standard in HD
format
• Frame synchronizer support for all inputs
• Equipped with frame memory as standard
1) When using 4K formats, a license is required.
The following options can be installed.
Can be installed in a rack unit using the RMM-1100
Rack Mount Kit.
XKS-G1110
Additional I/O Board
Expansion option board for increasing the number
of input/outputs in 3G/HD/SD formats.
It adds 12 inputs and 6 outputs.
XKS-G1600
GPU Pack
Option board for utilizing GPU functions.
XKS-G1700
Legacy Interface Board
Option board for increasing the number of remote
connectors and GPI input/output connectors.
XZS-G1500
4K Upgrade License
Software license for using 4K formats.
