Connect the camcorder to the network to
stream the recording movies in real-time or
transfer the recorded files to an FTP server.
You can connect the camcorder to the
network via wireless LAN.
Selecting the access point and
registering
Connect the camcorder to the access point
via wireless LAN.

Press the MENU button.

Select (NETWORK SET)

[Wi-Fi SET] t [ACCESS POINT
SET] with the v / V / b / B /EXEC
button.
After a while, a list of available access
points is displayed.

Select the desired access point.
If the desired access point is not
displayed, select [Manual setting] to set
it manually (page 7).

Input the password, then select
[Next].
It is not necessary to input a password
for access points without
attached.

Set the details of the access point.
IP address
Select the setting method of the IP
address.
If you select [Manual], input the setting
items for the IP address on the
displayed screen, then select [OK].
Priority Connection
Select whether the access point is
prioritized.
Tips
• If you select [DNS server setting] on the IP
address setting screen, the DNS server setting
screen appears.

Select [Register].
• Connection to the access point starts.
• When [Registered.] is displayed, the
registration of the access point is
complete. The SSID of the registered
access point is also displayed.

Registering the access point with the
WPS function
If the access point is compatible with the
WPS function, you can register the access
point with simple settings.
