Troubleshooting

Apps

Supplied Software

FM broadcasts cannot be heard.

The headphones are not connected.

The headphone cord functions as an antenna. You cannot listen to FM broadcasts

when an accessory (not supplied) is connected to the WM-PORT jack, preventing the

headphones from being connected.

Bluetooth connection is active.

You cannot listen to FM broadcasts while Bluetooth connection is active. End the

Bluetooth connection, and use the headphones.

HDMI connection is active.

You cannot listen to FM broadcasts while HDMI connection is active. End the HDMI

connection, and use the headphones.
