instructions on using the software.

VAIO-Link: if you have any problem with your computer, you can contact VAIO-
Link by telephone, fax or e-mail (see your Customer Service Guide for addresses
and phone numbers). Before calling VAIO-Link, try to solve the problem by
reading your User Guide (troubleshooting chapter) or the manuals and helpfiles
for the peripherals or software.

send your question in an e-mail message and a Customer Service Analyst will
